Maccook PSF has won the litigation against RMFL, and the court has ordered RMFL to pay Maccook PSF A$13.5 million, or S$0.045 per share. The price of PSF has hit S$0.074 on 8th Aug.
With the winning of this court case, Maccook PSF will have the cash to repay its loan with OCBC.
