My stock pick for 2014 and beyond
1) Forterra Trust @ $1.70 ( 6th Nov @ $1.86 )
Nam Fung has launched a takeover of Forterra Trust at $1.85. My view is to sell half of my holdings to them and keep the rest. In 2015, we should be seeing Forterra Trust resume its dividend payout. This will certainly drive the share price up or at least close the gap between NTA and share price.
2) Captii @$0.036 ( 6th Nov @ $0.04 )
We have received a dividend of $0.002 or 5.56% based on our purchase and sitting on a 11.1% capital gain. I will continue to hold my shares on Captii.
3) Del Monte @ $0.56 ( 6th Nov @ $0.52 )
We r still waiting for the rights issue.
4) Far East Grp @ $0.153 ( 6th Nov @ $0.18 )
Received a dividend of $0.0057 or 3.72% based on our purchase price, and sitting on 17.6% capital gain. I am still holding on to my shares on this.
5) L-Jacoberg @ $0.052
I love the fact that the latest quarter , its NTA has reached 2.9cts. But the share price has came down to 4.1cts.
