Listed on 7th Nov 2014 @ $0.25,IPO price was $0.005 below the founder's cost price of $0.255. As of 30th April, Net asset per share stood at $0.27. Currently trading at 8cts ( 19/10/2015 ).

Dividend yield: 12.5% ( 1ct of dividend was proposed for FY2015 ) Price to book : 0.296x

Merit:

1) Consistent dividend ( before listing , $1 million was paid as dividend for FY2011 & 2012, $0.2 million in FY2013 ) FY2015, 1cts or $1.02 million was paid. At 8cts, it is definately a bargain.

2) Droppped too much below founder's cost of 25.5cts. A potential privatisation candidate if the price remains depressed. Currently, there is only 100 shareholders as of 20th July 2015 with Iop 42 shareholders owning 97.6% of the shares issued.

3) Stable income yearly, with $2-3 million profit since 2010.

Challenges:
1) Low float on the market.
2) Investors do not know the business well
