The worker's dom 's land lease is not renewed by BCA.
Therefore operating licence will expire this year.
Revenue impact: S$19 million
My personnel calculation/estimation:
1) Profit after tax for worker's dom business is abt S$7-8 million for FY2015, a loss of income of 2cts per share. Based on FY2015 profit after tax, there will be a reduction of almost 50% in profit.
2) Assets of worker's dom is S$12 million. ( NTA will decrease by $0.034 ), i think TTJ will do a write off of assets.
3) Successfully,tendered a worker's dom at Jurong. Will need capex to construct the dom.
